1. End User License
   This software is licensed, not sold. MiarkiTech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal or commercial purposes, in accordance with applicable platform rules. The software, source code, design, and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of MiarkiTech. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell any part of the software.
2. Data & Privacy
   Your data remains yours. MiarkiTech does not collect, sell, or access your personal app data. All user data is stored locally on your device or synchronized via your private iCloud account. Some apps or features may require server-side accounts; in such cases, data is stored securely and used only to provide the service.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
   All payments are processed exclusively through official platform providers such as the Apple App Store.
   • Billing: Payment details are handled by the platform provider; MiarkiTech has no access to your financial information.
   • Cancellations: Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through your account settings.
   • Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the platform provider’s policies and must be submitted via their official support channels.
4. Disclaimer & Liability
   The software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. While we aim for accuracy and reliability, MiarkiTech is not liable for data loss, incorrect results, missed notifications, or any damages resulting from the use of the software. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.
5. Updates & Support
   As long as the software is actively maintained, MiarkiTech will continue to provide updates, improvements, and bug fixes. Support is offered on a best-effort basis and can be reached via email or community channels.
