Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply only to online features, user accounts, and marketplace functionality within MiarkiTech apps. Use of the software itself is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. User Accounts

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and lawful information when creating an account.

2. Marketplace & User Content

• Prohibited Content: You may not post illegal goods, fraudulent listings, hate speech, explicit material, or objectionable content.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you post or publish.
• Moderation: MiarkiTech reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, without notice or refund.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate services if these Terms are violated, or if required to comply with legal or platform requirements.

4. Premium Subscriptions (Apple App Store)

Some MiarkiTech apps may offer optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store (“Subscriptions”).

• Plans: Monthly and/or Yearly (as offered in the app)
• Price: Displayed in the app in your local currency at the time of purchase

Auto-Renewal & Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Renewal charges will occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Manage or Cancel: You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.

Free Trials (if offered): Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
